Mark Michaud - Principal
Mark is a business and technology strategist with 15+ years of experience leading organizational innovation to achieve business goals. With a background that includes marketing, technology and business strategy roles, he brings a breadth of experience that allows him to work seamlessly across all facets of an organization. His ability to identify root causes and common goals allows him to build consensus and break through complexity, whether technical or organizational.
His work includes leading the development of an award-winning mobile application; partnering with a national restaurant chain to mobilize work processes; and developing brand strategy, positioning and pitch materials for a healthcare technology start up. Mark received a Master’s in Information Systems and MBA from Boston University and is a regular guest lecturer for MBA-level Strategic Management classes at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. He sits on the Board of Directors for The Italian Home for Children and Board of Advisors for CityAwake.
Tchad Rogers - Principal
Tchad has spent the past 15 years working in all aspects of Information Technology, including system design and implementation, software platform and data integration, disaster recovery planning, software development, and businnes porcess improvement leveragin technology. He has worked with companies of all sizes, from small local businesses to the Fortune 500.
His work has included deploying a large-scale geo-location system (indoor GPS), integrating data sources across disparate software platforms, migrating existing relational data to new platforms, developing embedded software for a prototype consumer electronics device, and developing and deploying custom workflow software applications to improve efficiency and effectiveness in small to medium sized businesses.
Tchad holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Nevada, a Master’s in Information Systems and an MBA from Boston University, and is a Fellow Alumnus of the UMass Boston Emerging Leaders program.
